Picture postcard from M. Winker addressed to musketeer Paul Pommer in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Hand dated Wadgassen, December 2, 1914. The postcard’s image features a hospital in Wadgassen. handwritten text in top left corner reads "Addressee: ? Winker / Circle Saarlouis / Hospital." Winker thanks Pommer for his packet. He is having trouble writing while laying in the hospital, but he hopes to be out soon. He sends his heartfelt greetings to Pommer and his family.
