At middle center in the near-contemporary hand, 15/18 [?] | Mr and Mrs Raymond | to | Mrs Collard} Release, and three illegible words in a near contemporary hand followed by 1686. Also at the middle center of dorse in a later hand: 9. Gift of the Western Michigan University Department of History to Special Collections in 1999.
