View shows a partial view of a mechanic holding a gun and standing beside a table on which is an unidentified tool. It may be components for the degreaser gun. In the background are posters on the wall advertising shock absorbers and American Hammered Piston Rings. Mr. Uithoven (also spelled, Withoven) was the owner of Uithoven Bros. Garage with his brother. It is unconfirmed if the Uithoven is Fred (1898-1984) or William (1901-1994). The photograph was taken for Bahlam and Boyles Advertising Agency, 1006 Portage, Kalamazoo, Michigan.
