Parents watching rewards given to Boy Scouts at a meeting held by Troop 25, Woodward Avenue School. View features scout group leaders and boy scouts seated in front of a stage and watching one of the scouts give a speech. On stage is a camping scene. According to a Kalamazoo Gazette article, February 13, 1941, the event was a potluck dinner which served about 120 scouts and parents. About 35 awards were presented including two star badges. The photograph was taken for A Thayer Brundage and the Brundage Company in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
