Aerial Photograph of Braelock Farms: Text on back "9124 No. 35th Street - about 1955." Braeloch is a Scottish word that means Hill by the lake. The house was initially constructed as a New England Salt Box style house in 1856 by Orson Whitlock. It underwent extensive alterations and additions with the original Salt Box remaining at it's core.
