Fourteenth-century, unpublished legal opinion in a long-running dispute between the Cistercian abbey of Cambron (Cottineau 1:572) and the college of canons regular of St. Vincent in Soignies (Cottineau 2:3049), in the County of Hainaut. The canons had accused the Cisterican monks of illegally occupying the land in Sars Moullet and elsewhere.

Produced in present-day Belgium or northern France either at the abbey of Cambron or at Soignies in the County of Hainaut. On dorse: the letter "j" in a contemporary hand and the number "188" in black ink in a later hand, now scratched out. Purchased by Special Collections, Waldo Library from the Mackus Company, Akron, Ohio in 2006 (D5391).
