Guests seated at tables at the Knights of Columbia Kalamazoo Council's first annual banquet. View features men and women seated at at least six tables spread with tableware. According to the Kalamazoo Gazette, January 13, 1943 edition (page 2), the banquet was served the Burdick Hotel ballroom and attended by 230 people. The banquet honored past grand knights and life members. Guest keynote speaker was James McCarthy, dean of College of Commerce, Notre Dame University. The photograph was taken for the Knights of Columbia and Lloyd Lynd, member of the group.
